By accessing, browsing, or using the Citrineresidence website (the "Site") or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Definitions

• "Citrineresidence," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the luxury casino hotel and its operators
• "Guest" or "you" refers to any individual accessing our Site or using our services
• "Services" includes accommodation, dining, entertainment, gaming facilities, and all amenities offered by Citrineresidence
• "Reservation" refers to any booking made for accommodation or services

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation or use our services. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• For gaming services, you meet the legal age requirement of 21 years or older (or as required by applicable law)

We reserve the right to verify age and identity and may request valid government-issued identification.

4. Reservations and Bookings

4.1 Making a Reservation

4.2 Reservation Confirmation

Upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

4.3 Guarantee and Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. Depending on the rate and booking type:

• A deposit or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking
• Your credit card may be charged immediately or at check-in
• Special promotional rates may require full prepayment and may be non-refundable

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. Citrineresidence is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the guest.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

5.1 Standard Times

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

5.2 Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

5.3 Identification Requirements

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in.

5.4 Late Check-Out Fees

Failure to check out by 11:00 AM may result in late checkout fees:

• After 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM: 50% of the room rate
• After 2:00 PM: Full additional night's charge

6. Cancellation and Modification Policy

6.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

For standard rate reservations:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to arrival: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival: One night's room and tax will be charged
• No-shows: Full reservation amount will be charged

6.2 Special Rates and Packages

Promotional rates, special packages, and advance purchase rates may have different cancellation policies, including non-refundable options. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.

6.3 Modification of Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.

6.4 Group Reservations

Group bookings (10 or more rooms) have separate terms and conditions. Please contact our group sales department for details.

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Room Rates

All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Room rates may vary based on:

• Date of stay
• Room type and availability
• Length of stay
• Special events and peak periods

7.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges may include but are not limited to:

• Resort fees (if applicable)
• Parking fees
• Room service and minibar
• Spa and wellness services
• Dining and entertainment
• Incidental damages

7.3 Payment Methods

8. Guest Conduct and House Rules

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. The following rules apply:

• Smoking: Citrineresidence is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violation will result in a cleaning fee of $250.
• Noise: Guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.
• Occupancy: Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum stated for each room type.
• Pets: Only service animals are permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction.
• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and notification to law enforcement.
• Weapons: Firearms and weapons are not permitted on the property (except for authorized law enforcement).
• Dress Code: Certain areas of the property maintain dress codes. Smart casual attire is required in restaurants and gaming areas.

We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these rules without refund.

9. Gaming Services

9.1 Age Requirement

Gaming services are only available to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid identification is required.

9.2 Responsible Gaming

Citrineresidence is committed to responsible gaming. We provide resources and support for guests who may need assistance with gaming-related issues. Self-exclusion programs are available upon request.

9.3 Gaming Rules

All gaming activities are subject to the house rules and regulations posted in the gaming areas and applicable gaming laws. Management decisions on gaming disputes are final.

9.4 Winnings and Taxes

Guests are responsible for reporting any gaming winnings to appropriate tax authorities. We will issue required tax forms as mandated by law.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citrineresidence shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Personal injury or death not caused by our negligence
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

10.2 Valuables

We provide in-room safes for your convenience. Citrineresidence is not responsible for valuables not stored in the safe or checked with the front desk.

10.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Citrineresidence website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Citrineresidence or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display any content without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our website

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Citrineresidence individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Modifications to Terms

Citrineresidence reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
